Fareha Nawaz, MD

Dr. Nawaz, a board certified internist and nephrologist, completed her residency in internal medicine and fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tenn.

She is a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine, American Society of Nephrology, National Kidney Foundation and has co-authored and published research abstracts and medical case studies. She has extensive volunteer experience with organizations to raise awareness of the importance of kidney health.

Dag Kremer, MD

Specializing in diabetes, internal medicine and nephrology

Dr. Kremer, specializing in internal medicine and infectious diseases, earned his medical degree from the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne in England. Dr. Kremer has practiced in Norway and in Oregon. He has been an associate professor at the Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland for the Division of Hypertension and Nephrology. He has been practicing medicine since 1970.
